• Small, intimate chef experience with a multi-course tasting menu cooked right in front of the client. There is a twist; each guest brings their favourite, and least favourite, ingredient. These will then be paired with Ben’s larder of over 300 other ingredients such as toasted nuts/infusions/braised meats/cured fish/prepared vegetables and fruits/herbs etc.
